  Located in the famous Prenzlauer Berg district, this small but extremely cosy asian restaurant seems to be perfect to grab a quick bite.
  The interior is nicely decorated with wooden boxes to sit on and fluffy pillows on the benches against the wall. The venue is illuminated by red/orange asian lamps and candles, which creates a cosy atmosphere.
  
  The service is great, even my special request for a less spicy curry will be taken care of.
  The food arrives within 10min., while we still enjoyed our special herb green tea. The plates have vegetables and salat on the side..but I guess thats more of a decoration as it doesnt look too tastful. The meals are simple, but delicious, and the exact way as Thai/Asian food is suppose to taste!
  No wonder this is my friends favorite restaurant..

  We ended up trying out Asian Deli when the restaurant down the street we had planned to go turned out to be closed.  I found the menu a little confusing - a lot of the descriptions included only the meat and vegetables that were in each dish, without any description of the flavours and sauces.   However, my son and I were both happy with our meals, and my husband thought his food was exceptional.  
  
  My son is 3 and they made a special plate of un-spicy shrimp for him, which we really appreciated and which he devoured.  
  
  Like the previous reviewer, I might have given this place a higher rating were it not for the extremely uncomfortable seating arrangement - there was no back to the hard stools that we sat on, so lingering over your dinner is not appealing.  But the food was solid and I loved my mojito.

  I am torn on whether to give it 3 or 4 stars, but I am gonna go with the 3. Simply said, the Asian Deli is an asian fusion restaurant and serves decent food. As mentioned in prior reviews I am not a fan of the "asian fusion" restaurants and this is another example why. Asian Deli serves ok good, not thing great nothing bad and also I find some of the dishes confusing (the names are a bit random and sometimes I associated them with different dishes - so read the entire description). I had the curry and it was tasty, but I thought the broth was a bit too thin and also not spicy enough for a red curry. I must say though that the prices are really cheap as a dish is about €5.
  
  Why I am going for 3 instead of 4 stars is because even though the atmosphere is nice and warm the chairs are really uncomfortable and everyone is fighting to get a table with a bench. So, if one gets stuck on a chair its a bit uncomfortable.
